1. 3-Day Exchange Policy
Zarnoor offers a 3-day exchange window after the order has been received.
Products are eligible for exchange only if:
The item is unused and in its original condition
All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
The exchange request is submitted within 3 days of receiving the order
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for exchange.
2. Exchange for Size or Design Change
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, design, or product variation, a delivery fee of PKR 300/- will apply.
We recommend checking the product details, size guide, and images carefully before placing your order.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Zarnoor on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
A clear parcel opening video and product video proof is required for verification.
Once verified, Zarnoor will arrange a replacement. The customer may be asked to return the item to our official address for inspection. After verification, the replacement will be dispatched promptly.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of jewellery products and hygiene standards, Zarnoor does not offer monetary refunds.
Eligible products may be exchanged according to the policy above.
5. Sale & Clearance Items
Items purchased during promotional sales, discount campaigns, or clearance events are not eligible for exchange or refund unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
6. Make-to-Order / Pre-Order Items
Some items are made exclusively upon order.
Production time: Minimum 2 to 3 weeks
Full advance payment is required
Processing begins once payment is confirmed
As these items are custom-prepared, they cannot be cancelled once production has started.
7. International Orders
International delivery usually takes 10-12 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Tracking details are shared after dispatch.
For international shipments, any applicable VAT, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges must be paid by the consignee upon delivery. Zarnoor is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
8. Order Cancellation & Modifications
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement.
After this period, orders enter processing and may no longer be changed.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide complete and accurate address details, including house number, block number, street number, and nearest landmark if applicable.
Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed or cancelled.
